The legal basis for processing is the user's consent, given by ticking the acceptance checkbox and submitting the contact form.

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, for whatever period may be required to comply with legal obligations.

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. To operate the website and send the emails generated by the contact form, the web hosting and email providers contracted by the owner are used, acting as data processors under article 28 of the GDPR.

Any user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to rafadeltoro@gmail.com, indicating the right they wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving their identity.
